Drivers on the platform must complete a full FBI background check and fully meet all of the DC taxicab regualtory and licensing requirements before they are allowed to operate on the platform.

PROOF OF INSURANCE

Vehicle owner must present current insurance coverage with appropriate liability limits per current law for a For-Hire vehicle

TRACK YOUR VEHICLE

From your smartphone you can track the progress of the vehicle. You will see the ETA and receive a text message when the vehicle arrives

PERSONAL INFORMATION

You will receive the driver information and ETA when the vehicle is dispatched but the driver will never see your cellphone number. You and the driver can communicate through a private company line
