BECOME A DRIVER

DChail is an approved Digital Dispatch Solution (DDS) and authoriized to sign-up and dispatch trips through its Driver App. DCHail platform for the exclusive use by registered DC taxicab drivers. All registered DC dispatch and non-dispatch drivers are encouraged to sign-up for the service.

Sign-Up

Dispatch drivers associated with Yellow Cab or VIP Cab are automatically linked to the new DChail Mobile User App and will receive trips to their DTS equipment under their respective dispatch agreement. All other drivers associated with a DTS can sign-up to receive trips from the DChail App to their mobile phone.. All DC taxicab drivers are encouraged to participate in this new endeavor.

Training

Drivers will receive hands-on training and have access to online reference materials on the operational functions of the DCHail Driver App, associated fees if applicable and payments for all completed trips
